I stand for a world where all people live together in freedom and peace. For a world where everyone can follow their inner calling. For a world where we treat nature with respect – and once again recognize its power as the source of life.
Status as of April 17, 2025
- The tax authorities continue to rely on estimates made during my time in detention, claiming that the organization of demonstrations constituted a business model and that “QUERDENKEN-711” generated unrealistic profits.
- Based on these assumptions, income tax, trade tax, and corporate tax assessments for 2020 and 2021 were issued and enforced. My tax advisory team has filed formal objections.
- At the end of 2024, a case was brought before the Fiscal Court. To date, no hearing has been scheduled. The ruling of the Regional Court continues to be disregarded.
- Tax Authorities Ignore Court Ruling – Assets Still Frozen
Status as of April 21, 2025
- On June 29, 2022, my assets totaling 1.8 million euros were seized by the public prosecutor. To this day, most of them remain either frozen by the court or seized by the tax authority.
- Since then, banks have refused to open an account for me, effectively excluding me from the entire banking system (#debanked).
- After organizing the demonstration on August 3, 2024, in Berlin, the escrow account I had with an attorney was terminated.
- Following the announcement of the demonstration and the lawsuit filed at the Berlin Regional Court on February 13, 2025, challenging the dissolution of protests and police violence in August 2020, the escrow account I had set up with another attorney in November 2024 was also closed.
- The court proceedings are scheduled to run until October 2025 and include a total of 70 trial days. As a result, I am tied up at least four days per week—five, including travel. Time for the movement is limited to weekends.
Unfortunately, people are still very slow in switching to Bitcoin. This severely limits my ability to act. A freedom movement without access to banking is nearly impossible, as one is immediately suspected of money laundering.

Court Proceedings
From October 2024 to July 2025, I have been on trial in Stuttgart. The case was politically motivated and includes 44 trial days. The charges were fabricated to criminalize my commitment to civil liberties, tie me up, and block my financial means.

Pre-Trial Detention
Nine months of pre-trial detention without a final conviction – a clear act of intimidation against political dissent. Despite the repression, I remain undeterred and committed to peace and freedom.

The need for independent, secure, and decentralized communication structures became clear during the COVID measures. With digitaler aktivist, I’m working on digital solutions such as the Freiheitshandy and Bitcoin.

Founding of QUERDENKEN-711
In 2020, I founded QUERDENKEN-711 and the QUERDENKEN movement to organize protests against disproportionate restrictions on fundamental rights. The movement brought millions to the streets and sent a strong message for freedom and self-determination.
